Georgie's first ever live show with special guests Claire Solan and Miriam Hussey.  To this day, Georgie still get messages about her podcast with Claire, which was recorded in season 1 and felt they had so much more to talk about. The same can be said for her podcast with Miriam, with people telling Georgie they listened to it over and over again because Miriam's advice and knowledge was so helpful. It opened people up to learning how to love themselves, deal with stress and practice self care. This week, I talk to Keith Walsh. 2FM's Keith has become an advocate for taking care of your mental health after opening up last year. He told his followers that he didn't want to feel 'just grand' anymore and had decided to go to therapy. Today, he speaks to me about his journey and how asking for help is always a good idea. This week after the death of Caroline Flack, I felt I needed to record a podcast around mental health. I struggled myself after I was diagnosed with cancer in 2017. Today, we have an open and honest conversation and I hope if you are struggling you can see light at the end of the tunnel. I heard something interesting that Gerry Hussey said last week, he said 'we are the light'. And I think that's a lovely way to look at things. I hope if you are going through a tough time this podcast gives you hope that's all I ever wanted to achieve with it. This week, Georgie speaks to Brigid also known as Bridey Bunch Triplets on Instagram. Brigid had just settled down with her partner in Dublin, when they decided the time was right to try for a baby. They got pregnant straight away and were floored when her 12 week scan showed she was having triplets. Brigid tells Georgie about how she dealt with the shock, what they did to prepare and how overwhelming it was to find 35 medical professionals in the room as she gave birth. Brigid is so honest in describing what life was like with 3 small babies, how easier life became when she asked for help and all the madness in between. In particular one day, when her buggy got stuck at the tills of her local supermarket as chaos unfolded around her.

This week, Georgie speaks to speak to Nikki Whelan. Nikki is a mum of two with another baby on the way. She's built two successful businesses Backstreet Dance and Little Bow Pip with her mum Tina, her business partner and best friend. Nikki's family were left devastated when Tina was diagnosed with leukemia and passed away shortly afterwards. Today, Nikki tells me about her beautiful mum, how they navigate life without her and how although she is not here physically, she is with them all every single day.

This week, Georgie speaks to Pamela Laird. Pamela started working in the beauty industry when she was in her teens. She opened her first nail bar as she was leaving school and since then has gone on to build her brand Moxi Loves. She suffered a major knockback when her hero product had to be discontinued under EU law. But she picked herself up and continued on and won a place on 2019's UK Apprentice. With an audience of up to 10 million per night, Pamela took on her biggest challenge yet. Today, she speaks to me about what goes on behind the scenes of the show, how she stays resilient and what advice she has for people who want to start their own business.
