Exercise and fitness expert Professor Greg Whyte will be answering listeners’ questions as well as offering advice to Deborah, Jo and Lloyd.  Shoulder pain, nutrition, the importance of ‘prehab’ as well as ‘rehab’, and the benefits of triathlon to mental health are all topics up for discussion.
