Episode 099 | Breaktime

In this week’s episode, with Steven out, Kieran, Kwame and Yaf speak on a plethora of topics, btw Mr. Wilson is in good form and in high spirits on this one! The group speak about reaching your limit in terms of fatigue and knowing when things are starting to get a bit much. The mandem announce their upcoming break; that they will take October off to recalibrate and to relax after 39 weeks of non-stop content. Episode 013 | "Trinidad Carnival 2020"

Jack is a brand owner from London who has established coffee (cannabis) shops in Barcelona, Amsterdam and LA as well as a prominent, independent record label.Jack and the crew share their WMYS (What Made You Smile) moments over the past week (2:16) before diving into his incredible journey of becoming The Plug. Jack discusses his start, growing up in London (9:28) and moving to Barcelona (10:38) noting all the struggles he endured within his first couple of months in a new environment.
