Take your chicken out of the fridge half an hour before cooking so it is room temperature and set your oven to 240°C (for American ovens, this is roughly equivalent to 450°F, or 465°F if you're able to change your oven temperature in 5° increments).2. Wash and prep your chosen vegetables. Chop the tops and bottoms off, then halve them widthwise then lengthways.3. Keep the skin on the red onions, chopping just the tops off, allowing the skin to fall off whilst cooking (dispose of the skin once it's fallen off during your cook). Repeat this step with your garlic.4. Add all your vegetables to a large metal roasting tin and lay your chicken atop them.5. Cover the contents of the tin in extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.6. Take a handful of fresh or dried herbs of your choice and place atop the wings of the chicken and mix amongst the vegetables.7. Cut a fresh lemon in half and stuff inside the chicken.8. Before putting the chicken in the oven, turn the oven down to 200°C/ (for American ovens, 400°F)9. Put the chicken in to roast for 80 minutes, taking it out halfway through to baste with its own juices from the tin.10. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 15 minutes before serving. Don't forget to dispose of the onion and garlic skins! "

CL

CL is a K-pop superstar who first started her skyrocketing career as a member of the girl group 2NE1 in 2009. Today, she joins Dua Lipa for a new episode of Dua Lipa: At Your Service to discuss her long-awaited 2021 debut solo album, Alpha, and what it took for her to finally release a body of work all her own, touching down on issues like finding your voice, telling your own story, and speaking up for yourself when others ask you to compromise. Lisa Taddeo

In today’s episode of Dua Lipa: At Your Service, Dua welcomes Lisa Taddeo, journalist and bestselling author of books like 2019’s Three Women and 2021’s Animal, to the podcast for a conversation about writing about women – their strengths, their weaknesses, and the care and attention it takes to tell women’s stories authentically. From her origins covering the Rachel Uchitel and Tiger Woods tabloid scandal, to becoming one of the literary world’s most in-demand voices – and the inside scoop at her upcoming short story collection, Ghost Lover, and the soon-to-be-released TV adaptation of Three Women (“it’s been a humbling, humiliating, and really beautiful experience”) – Lisa opens up about her journey, one of pursuing life’s passions to their fullest.

Olivier Rousteing

Dua is joined by Olivier Rousteing, the creative director of the French fashion house, Balmain, for a wide-ranging conversation that offers an insider’s look at what makes one of fashion’s brightest minds tick. From the search to find his birth parents (“You know, I’ve grown up for 30 years without knowing where I come from… where my skin colour comes from? Where are my parents from? And what was the reason why they didn’t want to keep me?”) to his itinerary for the (rare!) ideal day off in Paris, this is one interview you won’t want to miss a second of!
