Hello and happy Black History Month! This week we’re talking about the incredible television event that is Entergalactic from Kid Cudi. The Netflix special is also the artist’s 10th studio album and centres around an ambitious artist named Jabari who attempts to balance success and love when he falls in love with his next door neighbour. Originality is a rare beast nowadays, which is why we're super proud of the Fear Street trilogy, or should we say thrill-ogy! Three incredible full-length feature horror films released weekly? Crazy right? Not only that but it has interweaved characters, plot-lines and oh... starts in 1994 and ends in 1666 and is written by a master of his craft - Goosebumps creator RL Stine. He dropped by to speak to the ladies , who are so pathetic when it comes to horror, we got Alison Peirse, and actual academic expert in horror films to come and calm them down. Sweet Tooth is one of the most charming series you'll watch this year. Telling the story of Gus, a hybrid boy/deer (bear with, yeah?) and his search for his mother in the midst of a catastrophic pandemic. Exec produced by Sue Downey and her completely-unknown-unlikely-to-ever-amount-to-anything husband Robert Downey Jr,  it has captured the hearts of millions - hitting the number one slot worldwide. Adeel Akhtar stars as Dr. Aditya Singh, but you will almost certainly already know him from one of the many shows lucky enough to have him, such as Killing Eve, Utopia, The Big Sick, Four Lions, The Night Manager and Back to Life. He is ubiquitous, brilliant and one of the nicest people we've ever had on the show. Adeel is speaking from a hotel room in London - whilst Tolly and Gena managed to find a room together the other side of town (albeit one with a turbine-sized air-con blowing right next to them). Nailbomber: Manhunt is an incredibly moving , shocking and powerful documentary about the 13 days that sent London into panic. Bombs in Brixton, Brick Lane and Soho devastated minority communites  - before they found strength, fought back and  helped police capture David Copeland, the man responsible for the atrocities. Using first-person accounts, police interview footage and incredible archive,  it serves as an important bookmark in British history - one that, as Tolly and Gens discuss, has been overlooked. Joining them in this episode are Daniel Vernon, the director of Nailbomber: Manhunt and Mike Franklin - one of the people intrinsic to the capture of the bomber. 'Army of the Dead' is the huge, bombastic Zombie Heist thriller from Hollywood legend Zack Snyder. Some people throw the kitchen sink at their movies, but here, Zack has made Michael Bay look like Chloe Zao. Starring Dave Bautista, it is dripping in technicolour swagger, blood, guts and a freakin' zombie  tiger. It tales a special someone to realise the epic vision of Snyder - and here, Justin Raleigh is that man. The Emmy winning sfx supremo - who's worked on Aquaman, Westworld and Suicide Squad tells Tolly and Gena just what went into making all those zombies... There was a time when anything with subtitles was considered far too intellectual and posh for mainstream consumption - but thanks in part to the meteoric rise in the fantastic Scandi-Noir genre, we now think nothing of settling down and applying a bit more concentration. This is rewarded with some incredible viewing. Imagine a world without 'The Platform', 'Money Heist', 'Lupin' and now... 'Oxygen'. Alexandre Aja is known for bringing us some of the most watchable horror of the past few decades, but thanks to lockdown, has had the opportunity to deliver this socially-distant claustrophobic Sci-Fi thriller starring Melanie Laurent. Mark Millar is a legend in the Comic Book world, having written stories that morphed into Hollywood blockbusters such as Civil War and Logan. He is the president of Millarworld, and is responsible for iconic characters such as Kick-Ass and Kingsmen. His first series for Netflix is the mind-blowing Jupiter's Legacy, which stars Josh Duhamel and Ben Daniels in the story of the Union - a group of superheroes whose Utopian view of the world is being sorely tested. Starring Samuel L. Jackson, Hugh Grant, Lisa Kudrow, Joe Keery, Leslie Jones, Kumail Najiani and Diane Morgan, 'Death to 2020' is sure to give this year the send off it deserves. Criminal is one of the most gripping crime dramas ever made. It's unique format really nails the intensity of the situation and, as we already know the police have got their criminal, we're thrown deep into the detail of how the cops get them behind bars. Aside from the intensity of the script, it's perfomances are simply stunning. Whether it's the conveyor belt of stars such as Kit Harrington and Sharon Horgan playing the criminals, the duty solicitors trying to protect them - or the familiar faces of the police - everyone on set brings their absolute A game. On the eve of the release of Spike Lee's new film 'Da 5 Bloods', the Oscar winning director spoke to Jamie East about the perils of filming in the jungle, the prejudices shown towards African American vets and the events of recent weeks.  With the protesters of the world pleading for justice for George Floyd still ringing in his ears, Spike has never been more needed. If you haven't seen Cheer yet, you are in for an absolute treat. This 6 part documentary series focuses on the personalities and journeys of a group of Cheerleaders in the small town of Corsicana , Texas. On the face of it, this is a show about acrobatics, tumbling and fierce competition - but scratch below the surface and it's like no show you've seen before. It is a compelling and gripping look at empathy, acceptance, determination and family in all it's guises. How does that narrative translate over here in the UK? Well, Dotty found out when we invited London's finest Cheerleading troupe, Ultimate Cheer, in to discuss what they love about the show - and how closely it resembles their own experiences. Then, in an unexpected turn of events, we got a call from Cheer superfan Rob Rinder who took us down an incredible rabbit-hole as he talked about why the show means so much to him. If that wasn't enough (!) Jamie caught up with the creators of Locke and Key to talk spooky doors and also Ben Hardy from the explosive 6 Underground to find out what life as a megastar actor is really like.

Back for it’s second season, the heartwarming and hilarious series tackles everything you’ve ever wanted to know about your jiggly bits - and some things you didn’t KNOW you wanted to know. The second part of our BAFTA special features some incredible Hollywood legends. After watching the incredible 'Marriage Story' Dotty managed to stem the tears for just long enough to sit down with writer and director Noah Baumbach. They discussed everything from that infamous argument scene to the use of CGI in movies. As if that wasn't enough, Jamie got the chance to spend some time in the same room as none other than Robert De Niro. In town to talk all things 'The Irishman', Robert was in a reflective mood - discussing working with long time collaborator and friend Martin Scorsese - as well as the infamous 'Irishman table read' of 2012. What a guy. Then, seeing as it's Friday - Dotty gave her pal Gena a call. Gena actually works at Netflix, so was able to tell us all the great stuff that's landed on today.
