Before Arctic Monkeys, there was The Libertines - the band who kickstarted the indie revolution and were at the genesis of #indiesleaze two decades ago. What followed was a riotous mix of outrageous talent, devoted fans, and escapades that made the band and its members perfect tabloid fodder.
