In Memoriam: LOUIS GOSSETT JR.

Oscar winning actor Louis Gossett Jr (An Officer and a Gentleman) passed away today (March 29, 2024) at the age of 87. We spoke with Mr. Gossett in 2020 for our Movie Geek Yearbook series. It was an interview that never aired, because the episode it was intended for was never produced, and the audio quality of our phone conversation wasn't too good. But today, on the occasion of his passing, we felt it needed to be shared. He was a man of great nobility, and very passionate about the work to which he devoted his life. We discuss so much of that work in this interview. Enjoy.
