David Morgan and Kenneth Ameduri On Prospects for 2017

By Kerry Lutz

Kenneth Ameduri and David Morgan go way back. They discuss the shift in investor psychology and the economic prospects for 2017. Markets are first and foremost pyschological. Trump's election seems to have tipped the tables. China's doing better, commodities are stronger, platinum and palladium are up. Interest rates are going higher, the top of the bond market is in. There's a common misunderstanding that higher interest rates are bad for gold, however, it's higher real interest rates that are bad for gold. We are still in an environment where real interest rates are negative. In a stable monetary system you actually get gentle deflation. We won't have to worry about that for a while. David also talks about one of his investor picks, SilverOne.
