EPA Chief Scott Pruitt Resigns Amid Scandals

President Trump tweeted this afternoon that he accepted the resignation of Scott Pruitt as head of the Environmental Protection Agency. Pruitt was one of the more controversial of Trump's Cabinet-level picks and had been battling various scandals for months.
