Episode 24-Katie

Katie is a social worker who does amazing work while still battling depression and anxiety. She has also had to live with epilepsy and its affects. Katie spent a while discovering and accepting herself as bisexual woman. We discuss the profound mental affects of not living a life as your true self and not accepting yourself as you are.
