187: My Worst Client Experiences and What They Taught Me

Part of being an entrepreneur means putting on your customer service hat and serving people well - but what happens when things go bad? So today, I want to break down some of the worst experiences that have happened to me in as an entrepreneur and then shed a light on what I ultimately ended up learning the really hard way.
