We always take health for granted because we are young and turning up is just usual for us young adults... but having near death experiences will have you looking at the world a bit different, no matter your age
1.9.9.2 BOYS are back this week and joined by Good friends Dami and Denice. We can hold on to our youth as long as possible but we tend to think that because we are young we will encounter health issues later on in life, or if there are any issues its nothing antibiotics and sleep cant handle. What about people born with conditions, or what about getting cancer out of the blue with no explanation or family history of it
Denice gives us a run down of living with sickle cell and how has affected her from a young age. From having crisis, to even picking a partner. Are you aware of whether your partner, spouse, Link (lol) Is a carrier or has the trait. love can be blind but Denice explains dealing with it in terms of getting with somebody.
Do men know enough bout their health? Mandem, do you know your sperm count? do men need to be more like women and get checked up on these things?
Dami goes into her story of developing cancer out of the blue with no family history of it and no explanation. we get an understanding of procedures, advice on dealing with it, the ins and outs of chemotherapy and much more.
fact is we think we know people but we don't always know what they are going through. you cant force somebody to speak but make sure to check in on people - ask them how they are - if you need somebody to talk to about some stuff Fred and Temi have both opened up their DM's to help or info@90sbabyhow.co.uk - we are happy to help as much as possible
