Sarah Lindsay spent the best part of 20 years training to be and then achieving her dream of being an Olympic skater but then at the age of 30 she decided to change her life completely and fulfilled another ambition, becoming one of the country's most renowned personal trainers. Since then, Sarah has opened a fitness and wellbeing empire called Roar Fitness and is an incredibly successful entrpreneur.
