Ep 30: You Don't Know You're Beautiful

When we feel beautiful, we look beautiful. If we know that, why do we struggle so much with our body image? Or why do we struggle to know that we're beautiful? SERIOUSLY? Why? Well, I'm back in NYC and I'm looking for love. And beauty is something I've been spending a lot of time thinking about. (Mostly because I don't like to change out of my Oiselle aero running tights...) But let's talk about beauty! I'm going to pose this question again.
