My nutrition and fitness plan are always evolving. At the end of the day it’s all about feeling good in our own skin and having the energy to cope with our busy life’s. And if we look good, that’s a bonus too! I am sharing with you my current nutrition and fitness plan that has worked for me recently. I get a lot of questions about these on Instagram so wanted to share my plan with you. As always o am not a fitness or nutrition expert and not endorsing these plans in any way, I am just sharing what has worked for me.
