In this episode Lala is joined by @karen_hobbs from @eveappeal Gynae Cancer Charity for a chat about gynae cancers, cervical screening (smear tests), sex, vaginas, and vulvas as well as answering questions sent in by followers including: If you have had abnormal cells removed does it just prolong getting cervical cancer or do your chances go back to that of someone without HPV? What is the process of the smear? What can you do if you find vaginal examinations traumatic? What is HPV? My smear test is due next year but I will be living in Abu Dhabi. I have previously had abnormal cells but I don’t know the system over there or whether I trust it completely. Can I get an early test in the UK for this reason? Can you please talk about pages that promote Yoni detox for purging the vagina? Do they work? Do we need to cleanse internally? Can your inner lips stretch over time, for example if you pull them to shave or dry yourself? Is there really a way to tighten the vagina – do exercises really work? My cousin has had vulva cancer 3 times, what are the chances of me getting it? My clit is really small and hidden/buried so I find it really hard to have a clitoral orgasm. Any advice? Does porn give us an unrealistic view of vulvas?
