By Badass Women’s Hour

What can the tudors teach us about race and gender diversity? You’d be surprised!

Stephanie Levi-John joins the badass ladies in the studio this week to chat about her role in the new Amazon Prime series “The Spanish Princess”. The show shines a light on the story of Catherine of Aragon, a Spanish princess promised to the English throne since birth.

She talks how she researched for the role and delved into the Tudor history, and found ways of mixing this with todays society and her own personality.

Stephanie explains how “The Spanish Princess” is showcasing female character's strength and diversity, despite this being a story involving King Heny VIII, not known fondly for his actions toward women!

She also discuss' all of her side hustles, as well as acting Stephanie is a reiki practitioner and is lending her hand to writing as she plans a one woman show.
