He is ready to come out of his shell and values personal development greatly. Q: What excites you lately? The start-up scene in Belfast. He is involved with two start-ups right now. Q: What’s your biggest challenge at the moment? Breaking through the start-up scene. Q: What about relationships? Max your opportunities when you’re in the 20s, so it’s easier to nurture relationships – love life and family – when they come along. Q: How do you drown out the noise from people who are unable to understand your mission without isolating them? “You must know what it is your seeking to achieve. If you haven’t set very specific goals, if you haven’t visualised them very deeply, and if you don’t know when your gonna plan to hit the goals… then you’ll be knocked off by the comments of the others. Get really proficient with your goal-setting to develop the thick skin to achieve them.” Q: How do you break the Northern Irish mindset of chopping away at people? You have to work first with your mindset. Feed only the good stuff into yourself.
