Let’s just be honest.  I can’t work with everyone.  Yes, I’m a coach who strives to get the best out of every single person I come in contact with, but that doesn’t mean that everyone I come in contact with reciprocates that feeling.  The truth is that if I’m showing up for you in the elite capacity that I do, then I expect you to honor that same commitment to yourself. If you can’t, then what are we here for? Today I dive into why not everyone is for me, and why that likely means you aren’t paying yourself the respect you deserve.
