19. Re-building your body, your relationship and your confidence with Jemma and Billy

By Helen Thorn

This week we delve into the world of relationships, and the importance of loving your body, with married couple Jemma and Billy aka @jemmas_health_hub and @dadoutsidethelines. We discuss long-term relationships, looking after your body and male body confidence - and we have a tonne of laughs along the way, just wait for the best story at the end about bed wetting.

Jemma is the woman behind The Hub - and produces online live exercise classes and a supportive network for women. Jemma speaks honestly about her own struggles and why exercise is so important for both her physical and mental health. Billy is the founder of Go Outside the Lines, which produces screen prints and cards for kids they can colour in, and is sharing his fatherhood journey on his Instagram page @Dadoutsidethelines.
