In this episode I'm joine by Maleka Dattu who is the founder of Merumaya.

Maleka is passionate about great quality skincare, total transparency and challenging social norms to ensure that women don't feel ashamed of ageing or that they need to hide who they really are.

Maleka is probably one of the most outwardly outspoken people that I've come across in the industry and I think that her honesty is both brave and very refreshing.
