Florence Adepoju was tired of trying to find a foundation shade that matched her skin only to be told that the right one "wasn't on stock" or didn't exist or a lipstick that suited her that wasn't just limited edition so she set about forming her own brand MDM Flow (in her early 20's).
Flo worked from her shed making products to suit all women of all colours and soon enough word had got out and she was being stocked in the likes of Nasty Gal, Topshop and Look Fantastic.
