Parenthood is about so much more than time with your kids. Time is the currency that so many attach to the art of parenting, but they’re wrong. How do you treat your kids? Are your children getting the love they need? These things are more important than spending that currency of “time”. Use extra-curricular time wisely, and choose activities that will light your kids up!  An evening meal together can bring the many different worlds in your family together. Couple this with gratitude, and each mealtime can turn into a get-to-know you session. Get your kids into a great routing around playtime, work and sleep. Nutrients lead to better physical health, which leads to satisfaction and happiness. Show your children what success and personal fulfilment mean. Impress upon them, that hard work leads to satisfaction. Family time is far better when there aren’t any screens to distract you. Give yourself completely to them, but expect the same treatment in return.
