Dow Jumps More than 11%, Biggest Gain Since 1933

The Dow Jones Industrials rose more than 21-hundred points for its best gain in over 85 years. Stocks jumped amid signs Congress was close to a deal on a coronavirus rescue package. Airlines and oil company stocks were big winners. Gold shot up nearly six percent. Charlie Turner reports.
