For a special Christmas Day episode, we'll be heading inside a non-for-profit community interest group that's tackling loneliness and isolation. We'll also be speaking to the Campaign to End Loneliness and how they're working to help signpost with mental health conditions to the right sources to deal with loneliness and mental health care.We also wanted to thank everyone for listening to the podcast during 2019.
