24: 'Roglic finally delivers with Vuelta win; Brailsford single-handedly changed cycling'

Brad and Matt Stephens decamp to a watering hole just west of Madrid to reflect on Primoz Roglic’s historic victory at the 74th edition of the Vuelta a Espana. Elsewhere, well wishes are sent Sir Dave Brailsford’s way and with the final Grand Tour of 2019 now concluded, the guys switch their focus towards the impending UCI World Championships in Yorkshire.
