For Episode 1 Black Women Working are discussing microaggressions in the workplace. Described as the ‘stupid questions’ and comments we are privy and victim to at work. Microaggressions are real, they are systemic and institutional, and we are all familiar with them. They can be used in innocence but often they are used to trigger and draw us out.
