"I started my period twice!"

Writer and magazine journalist Kim Willis joins Kat and Jen as the latest rogue to disrobe. The 36-year-old explains how a trip to a Japanese onsen inspired her to push herself out of her comfort zone to put pen to paper and write an article about her Naked Podcast experience. Kim reveals all about a back injury that led to her spending six months in bed. Talk of 'insanity' workouts gets the lasses remembering former exercise video faux pas.
