P.M. Edition for Nov. 16. Drugmaker Moderna is the second drugmaker to report success with a Covid-19 vaccine that uses a new, gene-based technology known as messenger RNA. It's part of the reason they've been so fast in developing and testing the vaccines. If they work, the applications of mRNA could go beyond the pandemic.
