There are far too many people in the business and political landscape who are hating, criticising and arguing with people who they disagree with but it is through disagreement and embrace others opinion and view that you will get wisdom, growth, progress, success and you will be able to scale your enterprise and your vision
Your ego wants everyone to agree with you but in reality, growth, progress and wisdom come from an equal balance of support and challenge from those that agree and disagree with us.
As a business owner you have to be critical and rational and If you cannot accept disagreements and agree with those that you do not agree with it shows immaturity and lack of critical and rational thinking which as an entrepreneur you need as it is those forms of thinking that will keep you and your ideas balanced.
If we could embrace each other’s ideas more we would be less extreme and less polarised and as a result, we would not as easily accept how the media feeds us fake news and what we have accepted as news.
