You have got an opportunity to scale dramatically on social media in 2021. More people are using social media meaning more engagement and opportunity. As you scale you naturally lose the personal touch, it is vital to try and keep your social media as personal as you can.

 

Your customers have new problems, you need to find them, and you need to solve them fast. The faster you solve your customers’ new problems, the more you profit in 2021. The longer you take to solve these problems, the more you will struggle.
