The Punisher MIA With Gerry Conway and Declan Shalvey

Marvel was going tom start a new Punisher story in 2020 featuring his MAX adversary Barracuda's debut in the 616 universe. Then came pencils down, due to the COVID pandemic, followed by the Violent reactions to civil unrest by the Police and Military who in some cases were wearing the Punisher Logo.
