Dragon Mountain by Katie and Kevin Tsang

From the creators of the Sam Wu series, Dragon Mountain has a group of children on an epic dragon quest. When 12-year-old Billy Chan is sent to a summer camp in the middle of China, he meets meets fellow campers Dylan, Charlotte and Ling-Fei, and encounters four huge, fire-breathing beasts.
