As a young girl Natasha and her Dad Bob, a real football man, could not have envisaged a career in professional football, let alone one as prestigious as she has experienced. She played with boys as a kid but was soon representing her country as a youngster and playing with grown women for Watford FC at a very young age. Spells with Fulham and Charlton followed before an extraordinary 7 hour round commute to train and play for Everton saw her win the FA Cup and meet the woman who would later become her wife. She won the league and cup double after moving across Merseyside to Liverpool and surely became the first couple, with her wife Becky, to win a domestic double.

Her wanderlust commenced with a loan spell in Melbourne and she would then visit the United States with Boston Breakers, back to Melbourne (several times) and loans at Linköping and Vålerenga, before now playing with Italian giants AC Milan.

Hers is an inspirational story and there is much for those in both the men&aposs and women&aposs game to learn from hearing her.
