More than one million people are estimated to be suffering the many symptoms of Long Covid, with tens of thousands battling it for a year.

Channel 5 reporter Ruth Liptrot is among them and joins ITV News Presenter Faye Barker and Health Editor Emily Morgan for this special episode of the podcast.
