A Washington, DC, judge dismissed a lawsuit that accused Facebook of behaving like a monopoly, claiming the suit did not have enough detail. It’s a big win for the social media giant, but it’s also become a rallying cry for lawmakers who say it’s time to update the country’s outdated antitrust laws.
