We continue our journey through Mike Warnke&aposs 1972 "memoir" about his rise through the ranks of Satan Inc.  This week, Mike gets a promotion, attends a regional conference and dabbles in some light human trafficking. Despite filling this book with his wildest imaginings, he cannot conceive of a non-patriarchal institution.
