When Stewart took on the role of brand manager for Pabst Brewing Company, their Blue Ribbon beer was in the gutter. But there was one region where the brand was thriving. To capitalise on this, Stewart went against the advice to go big with billboards and national ads. Instead, he saw an opportunity to plug into the small, but loyal community who had brought the brand back to life.
