The future of social care, and a new London to Edinburgh train service

Ian King is joined by several guests as he looks at the government’s package of changes to social care. He also speaks to Helen Wylde – the Managing Director of Lumo – which is starting a new train service between London and Edinburgh on the east coast mainline next month.
