Hayden Hurst was chasing a career in Major League Baseball when he was drafted as a pitcher straight out of high school. He thought he was living his dream, but that soon became a nightmare as his life spiralled out of control.
He later attended college, playing football and was drafted as a first round pick by the Baltimore Ravens in 2018. But his story doesn’t end there as he’s battled addiction, a suicide attempt and depression. He’s an inspiration and Hayden’s honesty shows that the life of a sports star isn’t as idyllic as many like to think.
