Before Nostra, Arthur spent time at Castlight Health, Comcast NBC, Appthority (acquired by Symantec), and TitanHouse. Arthur holds a bachelor's of science in public affairs from the Paul O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs where he was the student commencement speaker.
