For this episode it was an absolute honour to be invited into the home of chef and broadcaster, Andi Oliver, and her daughter - broadcaster Miquita Oliver. We had so much fun (and even more food!) as we sat down and shared a home cooked takeaway meal from the menu for Andi's amazing 'Wadadli Kitchen' restaurant.
We discuss the role of food and cooking in Caribbean culture and beyond, how Wadadli Kitchen was born out of a desire to create a community around food during lockdown, and there's a curried goat with chocolate over chips that is out of this world...
