A rare red weather warning has been issued across parts of the UK, and millions of people are being urged to stay at home as Storm Eunice approaches. Also, West Yorkshire’s mayor, Tracy Brabin, gives us her take on the government’s levelling up plan, emergency funding for buses and why she’d like to take Michael Gove disco dancing. Today’s Newscast was made by Alison Gee with Danny Wittenberg, John Murphy and Alix Pickles. The editor was Jonathan Aspinwall.
