Airlines and airports have removed their mask mandates after a federal judge struck down the CDC's authority to impose them, while other transit networks have kept requirements in place. Transportation analyst Seth Kaplan explains the new patchwork of mandates. And, Russia's invasion of Ukraine may have backfired in one way: It has prompted longtime neutral countries Finland and Sweden to consider joining NATO.
