230: 100 Mile Walk Special with Jim and John

This episode is all about our amazing nine day, 100 mile hike across Yorkshire and Cumbria! We are joined by our travelling companions, Jim, aka Ellie's Dad, and John, aka Helen's brother / the silver fox. 

Tune in as we discuss the highs and the lows. You'll find out who farted the most, who cried the most, and who wore the same pair of trousers for nine days. Plus: Ellie's Dad reveals the essential item he takes on every walk, his technique for dealing with cows, and how many penises he's seen.
