Paula Rizzo - How to Authentically Market Yourself and Master the Art of Productivity

By Mo Gawdat

Today’s guest is Paula Rizzo.

If it wasn&apost for Paula, you never would have heard of Mo Gawdat or any of my projects. Paula was the producer on one of my first TV interviews, which I totally bombed. Out of kindness, she reached out to me with some incredible tips that entirely shaped my media engagement strategy moving forward. As a result, my subsequent interview with Channel 4 broke records and catapulted me and my mission into the public eye.

As a best-selling author and Emmy-award winning television producer for nearly 20 years, Paula has produced health, wellness, and lifestyle segments with a range of top experts, including JJ Virgin, Jillian Michaels, and Deepak Chopra. Paula served as Senior Health Producer for Fox News Channel in New York City for over a decade.

She’s the co-creator of Lights Camera Expert  – an online course geared towards helping entrepreneurs, authors and experts get media attention; the creator of the productivity site ListProducer.com, and the best-selling author of Listful Thinking: Using Lists to be More Productive, Highly Successful and Less Stressed, which has been translated into 12 languages and was featured across the media including on Oprah.com’s list of “Self Help Books That Actually Help.”

Her latest book is Listful Living: A List-Making Journey to a Less Stressed You.
