Hoovering - Episode 215: Dominique Woolf

Hoovering - Episode 215: Dominique Woolf

By Jessica Fostekew

Welcome to HOOVERING, the podcast about eating. Host, Jessica Fostekew (Guilty Feminist, Motherland) has a frank conversation with an interesting person about gobbling; guzzling; nibbling; scoffing; devouring and wolfing all up… or if you will, hoovering.

This week I’m hoovering at the home and in the incredibly talented cookery hands of Dominique Woolf - winner of C4’s Great Cookbook Challenge with Jamie Oliver. Well, now she’s written the book, Dominique’s Kitchen, and she made me the most beautiful lunch from it. Spicy noodles and smacked vegetables. Yes blooming please mate. It’s so joyful to talk to anyone as wildly excited and passionate about food as Dominique is and luckily for you she’s also way more articulate about flavours than I am too.
