COVID infections are surging as the virus evolves, becoming "too clever", according to World Health Organisation special envoy David Nabarro. With figures suggesting that nearly three million people in the UK are still unvaccinated, what can be done to encourage those people to get their jabs, and is the virus becoming too smart for our vaccines to keep up?
