Sophie Brigden & Supporting Military Mental Health

In this episode, Professor Rory and Craig spoke to MQ's latest ambassador and PTSD campaigner, Sophie Brigden. In 2007, Sophie developed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after encountering a series of traumatic events while serving on tour in the British Army.
