I felt the need to cover this as there’s a narrative in the west that women in Iran are not oppressed and that is not the case. We discussed the death of Mahsa Amini, the cause of these protests, Iranian Theocracy, breaking the pillar of hijab, Ebrahim Raisi and autocracy in Iran, and much more.
